I’ve attended Pride events in Toronto for years (and while studying in New York too!). It’s a time to stand out, speak out, and be proud of who you are. The outfits are stunning, the joy is infectious, and the love and support of the community is beautiful to be a part of. Designing this poster and capturing the energy of Pride was an important assignment for me. It was an opportunity to celebrate my friends and family in the community, and the right to be heard and accepted.
