Ball. Rope Hoop. Stick. All play comes from these basic shapes. Working closely with the exhibition’s Curator, the design encouraged kids and adults alike to play. From the hopscotch graphic to the coloured podiums, the exhibition design mimicked these four shapes and combined them in whimsical ways. Once the exhibition opened, visitors young and old were enchanted with the spirit of play and few could resist the urge to jump into a quick game of hopscotch.
