Welcome to my first–and favourite–logo design project. After finishing design school, I was chomping at the bit to design a logo for a real small business. Hours of theoretical briefs and practical tutorials had prepared me for the task. After speaking with the client, I buried myself in my sketchbook, drawing figures and brainstorming words in a flurry. This type of exploration is my favourite part of the job. Going back through the pages I can see as ideas progress, shapes clarify, and the final logo begins to take shape.
